Name: Dressage Clinic with Rodrigo Matos
    Date: July 13, 2018 - July 15, 2018
    Event Description:
We are honored to welcome back international master of dressage, Rodrigo Matos for a three day clinic.

Rodrigo’s philosophy is that all communication with horses is built upon passion, love and respect. He strives for lightness in riding and, through his thoughtful instruction, tries to build harmony between horse and rider.

Rodrigo is experienced in teaching all levels, from novice to FEI-level dressage. Riders and horses of any level and discipline are welcome to participate. The work is beneficial to all horses, be they ridden classically, western, used for Working Equitation, or anything else that requires suppleness, relaxation, and impulsion.

You can learn more about his experience and philosophies by visiting his website:
    http://www.rodrigo-matos.com

Rides will be up to 1 hour, private lessons: $165/ride
    Haul-in fee: $10, Limited stabling: $20/day
There will be a 50% deposit to hold your spot and preference will be given to riders wanting to ride all three days.

Auditing is highly encouraged and welcomed! Please let me know in advance if you plan to attend so I may be sure there are enough chairs and refreshments!
Audit fee: $25/day or $60 for all three days.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Lunch will be available to purchase for $10. If you are interested in lunch, please let us know ahead of time.

If you have questions, wish to audit, or wish to reserve a riding spot, please contact Ashley at ashley.c.graham@live.com or by phone at (503) 686-4721.

“Having respect and love for horses means you need to allow time for the horse to evolve at his own pace in order that he can work with harmony, balance, lightness and impulsion. It is important to give horses the time for their minds to mature with confidence and their bodies to develop the strength and muscles. Don’t be tempted to train too fast, always respect the horse.” –Rodrigo Matos
