    ELCR’s first 2019 webinar is scheduled for Tuesday March 19 at 7pm Eastern. “How They Did It Series: “Dealing with Opposition to Equestrian Trails” will be hosted by My Horse University. Mark Flint, owner of Southwest Trail Solutions and a Pima County, AZ trails coordinator, will explore the causes of opposition to equestrian and multi-use trails, leading you through a few simple steps to develop the local support and tools needed to bring the ‘neigh’-sayers along.
